An Act to provide for the enjoyment of the right to food; to provide for the establishment, objects, functions and composition of the Food and Nutrition Council; to provide for the establishment of food and nutrition committees at district and subcounty levels and for their
functions; to provide for the roles of the various public authorities in the implementation of the Act and for other related matters.
